Absences
In the event of your usual Clean Freaks cleaner being unable to work due to sickness, every effort will be made to provide customers with their usual cleaning slot. If this is not possible we will arrange a convenient alternative slot.
Entry
If you do not to wish to leave us a key someone must be present to allow entry. If a Clean Freak member of staff can not enter your premisses on the booked allicated time then you will still be charged £15 for inconvenience.

Cancellations
If unable to gain access or for any reason a cancellation has to be made, please notify the Clean Freaks number provided or email
clean-freaks@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible.
More than 48 hrs notice charge.
48 hrs or less, cancellation fee on the minium booking fee will be charged
Payment
Cheque or cash must be left on each visit, or a Standing Order set up. If payment is not received before next visit we will postpone any further bookings until payment is made. Clean-Freaks may impose a 25% surcharge for late payments.
